Autobahn Kaserne, Seckenheim, 1945 (Source: William Jones collection) Two very nice historical photos of the 3517th Ordnance MAM Company kaserne off of the Mannheim-Heidelberg Autobahn (A656) in the 1945/46 time frame. This facility served as a German autobahn maintenance depot before the war and was requisitioned by the US Army. The 3517th provided ordnance maintenance support to units stationed in the Mannheim-Heidelberg area.
