If I remember correctly I had to report to the small building in the foreground (dispensary?) once to get a sick leave
pass to go to the  Hospital across town for some flu/cold medicine.
 
I believe the building in the forefront was the Emery Kaserne "EM Club." Any GI who was alive at the time 1970-71 had some good German Beer in this place... just breathing the smoke in the place would keep you high for 2 days :-) The large building in the back could have been the gym or the bowling alley.
